Delivery Methods

Hong Kong & Macau: All orders are shipped via **SF Express*. Customers can track their orders on the [SF Express website](https://www.sf-express.com).  

Taiwan & International: Orders are shipped via **Hong Kong Post Registered Mail*. Customers can check the latest delivery status on the Hong Kong Post website(https://www.hongkongpost.hk). 

Delivery Time:

Hong Kong & Macau: SF Express packages usually arrive within 1-3 working days.  

Taiwan & International: Hong Kong Post Registered Mail typically takes 7-20 working days, depending on the postal service conditions.  

Policies :

Color Accuracy:  

Product colors may slightly differ from actual items due to screen display variations and personal perception.  
While we strive to present colors as accurately as possible, customers with strict color-matching requirements should consider carefully before ordering to avoid discrepancies.  

Exchange Policy:

- If an exchange is requested due to product quality issues, customers must contact us within *2 days* after receiving the order.  
- Returned items must be *unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, and must be sent back within **5 days*.
